My bad, I didn’t see this comment until now. I never got the notification on my phone. But I need to do a better job about looking at the full website version …… So modern day slavery is human trafficking and low wage paying jobs where workers are force to work for a low wage and/or in bad conditions. Your “sweat shops” that make Nike shoes and other things. Sometimes people get lied and tricked into thinking that they are accepting a good job but they are actually forced into slave labor with no escape. They control your money and any access to resources meanwhile providing some money, food options, and a place to live.
